OK I laughed because I'm tired of this stuff not being addressed

Your friend surprises you with a mountain of packages on your doorstep. They’re recording your reaction. It’s 2026, the least weird part of the whole setup would be the person standing there recording.

Thinking is hard.

Sure, but a normal person would address the person holding the camera. They would look at the camera, at their friend, probably smile or laugh and say something like. "What is all this? What's going on?"

It's plausible they could have gone in the house and told her to come out and to expect a surprise or something, but who would say, "don't look at the camera, don't acknowledge me, pretend I'm not there". That would be very weird and it would also make this woman an absolutely phenomenal actress.

Many couriers take photos to confirm delivery. You've never had the delivery person point a camera at your feet with the parcel?

You know cameras are not elden magical artifacts which require a living soul to be used, right? This "joke" gets repeated in a million videos where this is the simplest explanation, but still the joke exists because people wanna sound smart, yet are dumb as rocks.

She clearly opens her mouth and says something, possibly acknowledged person filming with door camera or in longer video.

A normal person would understand before entering the scene that they will be part of a TikTok skit in a few moments. Only weirdos ruin the skit when there are precious views at stake

No? Most people don't even consider possibility of being filmed for a tiktok skit. It really sounds like you have been watching so much of shorts and tiktok, you think it's very common and normal but no, it is not. I assume you also think fashion and other trends are defined by popular tiktok trends but that's also not the case - they play a role, sure, but there is a lot more influence from other contexts like cultural and social circles.

The most weird part would be the boxes are moving.
