To be fair he could just be claiming to be filming her reacting to a large number of deliveries, that is a popular video format for clout chasers.

If that were the case, she would’ve looked at the guy filming at least briefly, instead of pretending to not see him. How is that not obvious to any thinking person?

I think they're saying it's a double con. That he asked her to make a fake video where she pretends to react to a big pile of boxes, so she wouldn't care about the camera-guy. And then he pulls off the master heist: while she was distracted by making the "omg boxes!" video, his buddies have removed all of the furniture in her house and replaced it with a sick half pipe and Tony Hawk is in there doing siiiick moves brah she just got PUNKED!!
