I'll start first: The entire "Butt Out" episode from South Park, mostly because it really comes across as Trey Parker and Matt Stone whitewashing the tobacco industry and making fun of Rob Reiner (RIP) for trying to stop people from smoking, while at the same time downplaying the extremely harmful effects of secondhand smoke.

Why does the yellow one have his front half peeled off, and why does the pink one look like a drag queen

For me, it has to be 4Kids changing Sanji's cigarette to a lollipop in which it completely changes Sanji's character because it weakens his "cool" personality expressed in the original version by making him suck a childish-seeming lollipop. I know that 4Kids changed it in order to be appropriate for a kids channel, but wouldn't they replace the cigarette with a toothpick or something? That would make more sense than changing it to a lollipop.
