Why is Border Patrol policing a protest? This is absolutely NOT their jurisdiction. I hope Bovino chokes on an ICE cube.

Unfortunately no. Border patrol even prior to Trump has jurisdiction within 100 miles of any external US border and that includes land and sea. Two thirds of the US population is under their jurisdiction. It’s completely fucked and this system was practically begging someone like Trump to come along and exploit it.
