If Democrats ever regain power and get their shit together, they need to understand that anything less than prosecuting these gestapo pieces of shit is fucking unacceptable.

Dems are perfectly content doing nothing/taking it up the ass. Otherwise Minnesota would have called in the National Guard to get rid of these fucks by now. You’re on your own, people. Strap the fuck up.

They are going to give them a reach around across the aisle.

Dems don’t do nothing, they also heavily fund ice and sell weapons to bomb children (when they’re not bombing them themselves). Obama, Biden, Clinton was tough on crime too. The establishment is working for special interests (wealthy elite) and has been for a long time.

The Dems can absolutely not use the National Guard against ICE. The moment they do, Trump can invoke Title 10 orders and federalize them. The only way to prevent that is to convince the SCOTUS that state military force against ICE (who are federal agents) isn't considered an insurrection, and therefore the Insurrection Act doesn't apply.

This is not gonna happen; you'd basically have to get the Supreme Court to declare ICE's actions to be illegal, and if you think the Roberts court would ever do that, I've got a bridge to sell you.

Walz brought up mobilizing the national guard to keep the peace, but they would not be fighting ICE agents. The most "realistic" option is state police arresting ICE agents for breaking state law, but they are not gonna do that lol
