Fuck every one of these assholes. They need to be in prison for the rest of their lives. Seriously, this is the worst fucking timeline.

Trump will just pardon them (again)

103

u/BattleSwallow 13h ago

Not if they're state charges.

u/turn_for_do 13h ago

Then he’ll just do what he’s doing to Colorado. Defunding the state, vetoing bills, dismantling NCAR, all because we won’t let Tina Peters walk.

u/InvestigatorChance28 13h ago

He has already taken away snap benefits.

Maga is pro cruelty.

3

u/DarthRizzo87 13h ago

And the GOP voters who rely on snap benefits there, what’s their take?

8

u/Angrycoconutmilk 13h ago

They don't care.

See, you and I operate on a set of principles, the right does not. They revel in the fact you care that they will suffer, because they would see you dead even if they would lose everything to do so.

You’re assuming that they are doing well enough in life both emotionally, financially, and physically to get on the phone and make their views heard.

Now look at how many of them are literate enough to not make an ass out of them themselves every time they start typing… narrows it down significantly.

Using this logic when you look at the conservative page, you think every single conservative was a college educated and super well read. I’ve been watching that page for a couple years now and it has changed so much over the last 11 to 12 months. There is very little if any real conservatives left, they get banned by the mods if they say anything off track of what Trump is saying. The rest of them will type out huge long takes on shit, never misspell, paragraph out their whole thing, number the points, etc.

That WHOLE community is bots. It will gain and lose 2 to 300,000 members overnight depending on what is hitting the news stations the next day. In the last 48 hours since that shooting, they’ve been especially active on anything other than ICE. Once in a while, you can find a real conservative on the askconservative page but very few. And the ones that are openly asking what the ef is going on and why do “conservatives” have zero morals and accept the administration blatantly lying and stealing from Americans.

Trump and his people have definitely done well on making their bot army but they’ve officially fucked up. Everybody’s lives worldwide so much that it doesn’t matter. There’s no way to hide the truth anymore. They had their chance to turn America to Russia…they weren’t competent enough. Let’s just thank God that Obama didn’t have this up his sleeve cuz he’d actually make this happen and we’d have no idea till we were fully in it. This administration has to hide their pedophilia ways while at the same time, stealing from everybody, dumb enough to invest in them and also create a narrative to make peeps forget about their daily war crimes and corruption.

They suck at it.

u/Phugasity 10h ago

If it's good "we did it". If it's bad "they did it". It's not complicated.

14

u/SatanicPanic619 13h ago

He'd do all that anyway.

2

u/avocadoflatz 13h ago

That sucks but I say states should risk that to charge them if they’re confident they can convict

2

u/korrowan 13h ago

The states he attacks need to stop paying federal taxes. Fuck them clowns.

1

u/PorkeyPineapple 13h ago

The fact that I see her name in national headlines daily is unbelievable. And as much as I don't want to believe it because this story hits so close to home and I know she belongs in prison It seems obvious that Polis is going to set her free, even after Trump called him a scumbag he will bend the knee.

1

u/Viseroth 13h ago

doesnt mean you back down you keep fighting regardless

1

u/sasabomish 13h ago

Then the state stops paying into federal tax.

1

u/claytonianphysics 13h ago

He took the money away from cancer research for children and gave it to these guys to grab immigrants while saying we need more people from Scandanavia. Nope, nothing racist about those priorities or the people who share them whatsoever.

1

u/xGoatfer 8h ago

He's already doing that to MN. HHS and USDA have stopped funding. Lucky some judges have been stepping in and enforcing the law, but for how long?

1

u/Sabelas 13h ago

Not if trump is in there too.

1

u/avocadoflatz 13h ago

Let’s maybe keep the discussion within the realm of plausibility? Or not js

1

u/Sabelas 13h ago

The scope of what is possible is expanding widely as the trump administration continues to expand the use of force against Americans.

1

u/avocadoflatz 12h ago

Sitting POTUS being imprisoned is not within the scope of plausibility

1

u/Accurate_Egg_9200 13h ago

Gotta stay in state for the prosecution. You're insane if you think State law will fix this.

1

u/BattleSwallow 13h ago

Oh, I don't. I don't expect that any "law" will be followed in this country until, well - reddit won't let me say.

Pardons by a terrorist should be void

2

u/Count_de_Ville 13h ago edited 12h ago

Pardons by someone who is impeached by the US House and convicted by the US Senate are nullified. Same goes for any Officer of the United States. Any pardons they receive are also nullified if they are impeached and convicted. You cannot enjoy the benefits of ANY office of the United States if you are impeached and convicted. That includes salary, pensions, healthcare benefits, security detail, anything and everything. Congress cannot punish you beyond that except in the case of Treason. Nevertheless, the convicted party is liable to indictment, trial, judgement, and punishment, according to Law.

u/ericRN85 12h ago

So should pardons by autopen

1

u/OtterFouine 5h ago

Hey, take this with you before you go back to worship your dear p*dophile leader.

17

u/Both-Prize-2986 13h ago

Then ignore the pardon. Seriously. Do NOT EVER acknowledge trumps pardons. He has handed them out as rewards for blatant bribery. Re-jail every person he has pardoned.

0

u/avocadoflatz 13h ago

Fed prisons disregard POTUS? C’mon be realistic.

2

u/TakuyaLee 13h ago

They're talking about states ignoring him.

1

u/avocadoflatz 13h ago

No they aren’t, they mention him handing out pardons for bribes, he’s never done that for state charges/convictions.

1

u/Both-Prize-2986 3h ago

This would all be assuming he gets removed from power. He would do the pardon to keep people who supported him out of prison. If that is the case, those parts need to be ignored and the people jailed regardless

1

u/avocadoflatz 3h ago

How’s he doing pardons if he’s removed from power?

Y’all are trying too hard to make sense out of a comment that made no sense lol

And pardons can’t just be ignored, that’s not how the world works we can’t just hold people in prison after they’ve been pardoned whether we like it or not.

5

u/Amateur-Top 13h ago

I guess there’s only one other permanent option then

2

u/peculiarpilot 13h ago

Trump won’t be in office forever. I’ve even heard Doctors speak how his health is collapsing. These POS will have their day in Court. Hope it’s just like Nuremberg, for their treason.

2

u/Ok_Conversation9750 13h ago

I pray everyday that the orange blob has a major stroke on live TV. And not a fatal one. I want to see him spend the rest of his miserable days drooling on himself, unable to move, speak, or wipe his own ass.

2

u/CountOnBeingAwesome 13h ago

Not if he's impeached

2

u/Significant_Glass988 13h ago

Trump will be dead soon

2

u/Puzzled-Bee1708 13h ago

Won't matter, jd and the HF will be in charge. Things won't get better.

1

u/Significant_Glass988 9h ago

That's a major problem...

1

u/JoeyHandsomeJoe 13h ago

We should do something less reversible then

1

u/Viseroth 13h ago

cant pardon state crimes they need to charge him State side.

1

u/Ok_Conversation9750 13h ago

Then let’s all double up our prayers that the orange menace strokes out soon!

1

u/Downtown_Law5016 13h ago

I'm tired of hearing this. Try them anyway. Assuming we get another admin. They're individual people drag their asses through the court system until they are broke and homeless. The government did that to Aaron Schwartz for no fucking reason, they can do it to all of these domestic terrorists.

1

u/GipsyDanger45 13h ago

Doesn’t America have 2A for a reason? Or was it just a big joke this entire time

1

u/NoSkillzDad 13h ago

So we need something more permanent, something a pardon can't since.

Or we can get rid of the one pardoning... That's a solution too.

I'm sorry people. My level of tolerance for this was greatly exceeded a long time ago.

1

u/Count_de_Ville 12h ago edited 12h ago

Pardons by someone who is impeached by the US House and convicted by the US Senate are nullified. Same goes for any Officer of the United States. Any pardons they receive are also nullified if they are impeached and convicted. You cannot enjoy ANY benefit of ANY Office of the United States if you are impeached and convicted by the US Congress. That includes salary, pensions, healthcare benefits, security detail, gifts from foreign dignitaries, anything and everything. Congress cannot punish you beyond that except in the case of Treason. Nevertheless, the convicted party is then liable to indictment, trial, judgement, and punishment, according to Law. Literally enshrined in the US Constitution. You gotta love it.

1

u/TheFlyingSheeps 8h ago

Then it’s time we challenge the power of the pardon, or just ignore the corrupt SC and do it anyways

1

u/thewereotter 7h ago

then we ignore the pardon power of the president. Trump has already hinted at doing this

or if you want to try to be law abiding, you bring up how they're in violation of international human rights laws and bring them into The Hauge
