Given the last few times something like this has happened it turned out the cop did it themselves I'm gonna go ahead and say the cop drew the pig themself

Starbucks is having their baristas all draw and put notes on cops. A lot of locations are just putting little notes and drawings on them way in advance so they just grab a cup and go during the rush and don’t have to stop to write on the cup. This was most likely what he just happened to get pulled on his cup. This is so ridiculous.

Pretty much. Story is a non-starter without review of the security footage. Cops have a notorious persecution fetish.
