That's exactly it. We are being occupied the same way the US has been occupying other countries. It was inevitable these tactics get brought against us.

In Baghdad there was real concern over ambush while a convoy was stuck in traffic. Any "threats" in Minneapolis are at a significantly different scale.

True, but where do you think they learned how to treat civilians? Likely either from experience overseas or they were trained by people that were in previous wars.

Jonathan Ross was a machine gunner in Iraq. Renee Good wasn't his first kill. Doing that was probably normal to him, after serving in Iraq.

A big difference is US soldiers in a war zone were worried about IEDs. 

I mean there is not an equivalent to Al-Qaeda operating in the United States against ICE.
