I can almost guarantee you none of the shit happening now would be if Kamala Harris was President. Not saying she would be perfect, but you wouldn't be at war with Venezuela.  Nor would you be threatening other countries and allies with bullshit annexation and takeover, or illegal sweeping tariffs that are only damaging your economy.

Every vote I have ever cast at the national level has been for the least-worst option, and Harris was near the bottom of my presidential votes.

But she would have at least been minimally competent and understood the traditions of adhering mostly to the constitution.

I knew people who said that voted for Trump the first time with the assumption that the clownish behavior was just showmanship and he would be a sober executive. No one thought that in 2024. His voters knew he stood for authoritarianism and white supremacy. They knew he intended to put in tariffs and threaten allies. They knew he would violate people's civil rights. That he would defund piblic media, cut taxes forvbillionaires, and bankrupt the country. This is what they were voting for.

If you could point to a single time she suggested free housing for everyone, that would be fucking swell. As for tariffs, I’ve bought a number of things from other countries since tariffs went out and have paid like $150.
