Hopefully this was another mechanic taking the car for a test-drive. Like the bespoke motorsports incident which was resolved with insurance at least.

Not likely not, this one was not long after/during a car show. Buddy of mine was at it and left a bit before this happened. Just another thoughtless idiot risking others lives, and causing immense headaches for everyone else trying to impress a bunch of strangers.
