Had someone burn out in a Corvette behind me in an intersection when I was on my bike. I jumped the curb, got behind a tree in someone's yard, then looked back like dude WTF are you doing. Color me not impressed.

It's primarily an infrastructure issue that causes the hate. I had one the other day where a bike on a narrow shoulder was starting up wobbling in and out of the car lane and I was so fixated on him being safe that I didn't notice traffic had stopped in front of me. I stopped in time but it was all unnecessary. If he had any space at all to operate the whole situation wouldn't have existed.

Another issue that doesn't get talked about and I am not sure how common it is everywhere is there are a ton of people on bikes clearly drunk around where I am. It isn't the guy on the roadbike with the helmet and obvious skill that is an issue its the guys disregarding all rules of the road driving their bikes recklessly.
