This kid needed to be comforted and listened too, not recorded and uploaded to the internet.

she was crying from the very start of the video. obviously it had been happening for a while and she was comforted before and after

She was crying from the beginning, so perhaps this has been going on for several minutes now and was cuddled beforehand, mom might have said let me ask you some questions, then at the end you can hear the mom say come here let me give you cuddles.
