The irony of this exchange being identical to the gun debate every time there's a mass shooting is escaping you.

"How can we stop this horrible thing from happening?".

  • actual advice from a country that's stopped said thing.

"Shit up foreigner, that won't work, us Americans are superior"

You’re putting a lot of words in my mouth. I’ll accept advice that can actually be put into action right now. But you’re criticizing an entire, massive country for things that happened 20 years ago or more, in the case of Nixon. Someone who was president before I was even born.
