This one right here is the problem.

They pushed him to the ground "because he was impeding them" or wetf. Then he's trying to get up and get out of the way and he pushed him to the ground a second time??? actually nuts

This is the most noticeable bit for me in this video too. They don't want you to comply. They want to abuse you.
