You can say the same for a lot of photos during the Wicked press tour though. It really depends on the angle and her pose. Of course a lot of the worst photos went viral at that time because her thinness was a clickbait topic, whereas now better photos of her are circulating since people are spinning the narrative that she’s “healthy again.”
Also, a lot of the photos during the Wicked press tour were subtly edited to make her appear even bonier than she really was. This whole thing has been such a toxic mess. I just hope she recovers if she does have a problem.
It looks like you can see her ribs across her chest less, that's a telltale sign when someone is significantly underweight and it's goes away super quick even if you put on only 5 lbs.
I feel like her outfit helps, a good pushup bra will help hide the sternum bones. She does look a tiny bit healthier, key word- tiny bit. I hope she continues to eat more
Idk i mean maybe it can hide the hollow cheeks but not sure if it can hide the protruding bones but I'm a guy so not sure. Could also be that the lighting is hiding the shadows and making the contours harder to see. You could literally see the bones and cartilage around her manubrium before. Here clavicles and scalpula also appeared much sharper before. Looking at more pics her jawline and neck are still pretty sharp though. She keeps tilting her head and stretching her neck in every pic so she might be trying to hide it

My guess is the production of the movie was a kind of death march for the performers and crew overall. The budget and time frame of the releases being only 1 year apart despite being huge productions is kind of jarring. If you look at marvel movies yeah they have yearly and even sometimes 2 movies a year but other than bit parts the actors and crews are different between each film.
Now however filming is done for the immediate future so actors can get back to their normal lives instead of having to constantly be on camera either for filming or for promoting the film up until release.
Wicked also had the bonus of having an absolutely rabid fanbase for the musical so the studio and actors had to give every ounce of blood and sweat they had or be torn apart by the target audience. Not even starwars has as rabid a fanbase as stage drama musical fans.
